Incompetent Delivery:

Refunds are only issued if the delivered work fails to meet the customer's specified project requirements after all other options have been exhausted. We prioritize customer satisfaction and provide unlimited revisions to ensure the final delivery aligns with your expectations. We will reassign and rewrite your project multiple times to achieve your satisfaction. These free revisions hold the same value and can be requested anytime. If we cannot meet your requirements, a refund will be issued based on a mutually agreed amount, provided the delivery is deemed unsatisfactory.

Late Delivery:

While we guarantee "On-Time Delivery," if we fail to deliver your service after three attempts and it is proven that the delay was due to our fault, we will issue a refund.

Refund Time Frame:

Refund requests must be made within 120 days of delivery. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted. Customers should be aware of the refund request deadline when placing an order.

Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:
